EduSign Enterprise is a high-security administrative platform engineered for educational institutions. Siting natively on top of Google Drive, the system allows Academic Coordinators and Principals to securely preview Word documents, convert them into formatted PDFs, and apply legally styled digital approval stamps with signature metadata.

At large multi-branch educational institutions, hundreds of teachers upload weekly lesson plans. Academic heads were forced to manually download, print, sign by hand, scan, and re-upload files — a process consuming over 30 hours per week of valuable senior educator time and producing filing backlogs.
