1. Information We Collect
When you submit an inquiry through our project form or contact us via email, we collect only the information necessary to evaluate your technical scope and communicate directly with you: your name, email address, company name, project requirements, and estimated budget.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your contact details are used exclusively to respond to your inquiry, schedule technical discovery sessions, and prepare project proposals. We do not sell, rent, lease, or distribute prospective client data to any third-party marketing brokers or advertisers.
3. Technical Confidentiality & NDA
We treat all shared product specifications, software ideas, and business workflows as confidential by default. For proprietary projects and enterprise engagements, we routinely execute bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to detailed architecture review.
4. Infrastructure & Data Retention
Inquiries are processed securely through our Next.js API endpoints. We do not store sensitive passwords in plain text and maintain minimal data retention periods for non-active proposals.
